Set in a peaceful rural setting, it offers a large, lush garden for relaxing walks, outdoor games, or simply enjoying the fresh air. Just 10 km from the charming village of La Roche, it's a great base for exploring the region's scenic beauty. Inside, the cozy living room features a wood stove for warm evenings, while the newly renovated kitchen comes equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Guests can unwind with a barbecue on the terrace or enjoy a game of table football indoors. A children's bed and high chairs make it family-friendly, and up to 4 pets are welcome, making it ideal for pet lovers too. Enjoy a mix of comfort, tranquility, and nature at this inviting Ardennes retreat.
The garden is not fenced.
The house is heated with firewood, and guests may also use kerosene stoves (firewood is provided; kerosene must be purchased by guests).

This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay.
Guests who prefer may manage these services independently, provided the property is returned in good order at check-out.
