Die Lage ist gut und die Betten waren bequem und sauber. Es war jedoch sehr schmutzig ( Essensreste auf dem Herd, Couch voller Flecken, noch Müll im Mülleimer usw. )

Das Appartement war recht schmutzig. Haare auf dem Bett, Krümmel und Essensreste unterm Tisch, Staub und Dreck in den Ecken. In der Küche war der Wasserkocher kaputt, überall im Raum war der Lack vom Türrahmen abgeschlagen, der Wäscheständer auf der Terrasse war kaputt, die frischen Handtücher rochen komisch, der Teppich im Schlafzimmer war nicht gesaugt. Neben der Unterkunft ist aktuell eine Baustelle. Es war jetzt schon zum aushalten aber nochmal würden wir nicht hinfahren. Es ist echt schade weil prinzipiell hätte es potenzial aber durch die fehlende Sauberkeit leider ein Flop.

Auf den ersten Blick machte das Studio einen miefenden und hochwertigen Eindruck. Bei genauerem Hinsehen kam man zu einem anderen Schluss. Wir haben die Unterkunft für uns zwei Erwachsene und die Kinder (2 und 5 Jahre) gebucht, weil das Sofa als Bett umfunktioniert werden kann. Leider war nur das Bett bezugsfertig und es war nur für zwei Personen Bettzeug und Handtücher verfügbar. Der Vermieter war telefonisch mit erreichbar. Auf eine schriftliche Anfrage antwortete er nur ob wir schon im richtigen Apartment sind. Und so mussten wir zu viert in einem Doppelbett schlafen. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Unterkunft sollte mal Renoviert werden. Insbesondere die Badezimmer sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Fernseher vorhanden der aber keine Programme empfängt. Balkon sehr abgewohnt und die Balkon Möbel sollten ausgetauscht werden .

Die Bilder entsprechen nicht der Unterkunft .wir verstehen nicht wie Mann die gut bewerten kann. Die Küche war dreckig, kein Wasserkocher , kein Besteck oder Tassen.spuhlmaschiene war vom Vorgänger noch benutzt hinterlassen alles dreckig, verstaubt.wir hatten benutze Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen.Nie wieder .TV ohne Fernbedienung,daher auch keine Möglichkeit dies zu benutzen . definitiv keine Empfehlung.
