Unsere Almhütte liegt ruhig und idyllisch im "Drei-Seen-Gebiet" im Ortsteil Seegatterl, ca. 5 km von Reit im Winkl entfernt. Im Winter gilt Reit im Winkl als äußerst schneesicher, die Gondelbahn zur Winklmoos-Alm ist nur 1 km entfernt. Im Sommer laden ausgedehnte Wander - und Radwege zur Erkundung der Umgebung ein. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ski-Sportler, Wanderer, Radfahrer und Naturliebhaber. Unser "KASA" besteht aus 3 Doppelzimmern für je 2 Personen, eine Küche, eine Stube, Bad mit Dusche, WC und einen Abstellraum. Die 90 qm unserer Alm werden mit Zentralheizung beheizt. Ihr Vorteil als unser Gast: Wir sind Partner-Vermieter/Betrieb der Reit im Winkl Schwimm-Card. Sie haben dadurch die Möglichkeit, zusätzlich zu unseren eigenen Leistungen weitere kostenlose Leistungen zu erhalten, wie z.B. freien Eintritt im Freibad, im Kössener Wald-Freibad sowie am Walchsee. Urlaub mit Hund

Etwas abgelegenes, aber dennoch irgendwie zentrales Ferienhaus. Ca. 1 km vom Lift zur Winklmoosalm entfernt, bis Reit im Winkl ca. 6 km. Vom Haus aus kann man direkt in das Wandernetzwerk einsteigen. Für mich perfekt bis auf den Handyempfang. Da geht gar nichts. Gleiches gilt für das Internet. Da muss man sich ein bisschen nach draußen bewegen. Kann das aber nur für D1-Netz sagen. Vor der Anfahrt die Adresse im Navi checken. Google maps findet die Adresse nicht, VW-Navi hingegen schon. Besonders gut als Hundebesitzer finde ich das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss, damit der Hund keine Treppen steigen muss. Kann das Haus nur empfehlen.
