The GRACE Villa - a homey affair!

This homey place is smart and perfect for group and individual trips and vacations. It is stylishly set up to give you a pleasantly comfortable, cozy, and memorable experience. The environment is green, with a standard swimming pool and a deck that offers you a peaceful and relaxing ambiance. Situated in a low densely populated, easily accessible, safe, and secure neighborhood. It's near the Mill Station Mall, good Restaurants, and a Metro Station, etc. The Grace Villa is simply the place to be!
The space
The two-level house is tastefully furnished and comprises the following spaces and amenities:
On the main level are a living room, a game room, a queen-size bedroom with a sleeper chair (Room 101), a full bath, a family room, the dining area, the fully fitted kitchen with granite countertop and stainless steel appliances, a cloakroom and laundry space, and a spacious deck for outdoor relaxation.
On the upper level are a king-size bedroom ensuite with a full bath and spacious dressing closet (Room 201), a queen-size bedroom with a sleeper chair (Room 202), two other queen-size bedrooms (Rooms 203 and 204), a closet, and a full shared bath.
All Bedrooms come with a small TV, a workstation, an Alexa, and a mirror.
All Bedroom doors are e-lock and latch-controlled for maximum security and privacy.
The Living room is modestly decorated with beautiful ceramic ornaments, good quality sofas, an 85" smart TV, surround sound bars, an ALEXA, and a nice chandelier. The Family room has an L-shaped sofa and a smart TV.
The Kitchen is fitted with a stainless-steel refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and an oven/range gas cooker. There are sets of cooking pots, cutleries, plates, glass cups, knives, an electric kettle, a blender, etc. for mild cooking. Condiments and foodstuffs are not provided.
The Dining table is a 5-seater glass-finished table complemented with a 2-seater granite top kitchen island.
The Game room has a pool table with a substitutable ping-pong board. Therein at a corner, you have the ironing board and an iron.
The Laundry houses a washer and a dryer.
The Bedroom window blinds are remote-controlled.
The Floors are mostly hardwood-finished.
The Backyard is beautifully landscaped and fenced in featuring a standard in-ground swimming pool, a large deck, and masterfully designed stone pathway, and a BBQ Grill with ample patio spaces with chase lounges ideal for guests' and friends' gatherings.
Guest access
In the case of an individual booking, the verified guest shall receive an access code to the main door and the access code or a token to the room booked, some hours before check-in via a text message and or email.

In the case of a group booking, the verified guest shall receive an access code to the main door and access codes or tokens to all other rooms booked on behalf of other guests, some hours before check-in via a text message and or email.
During your stay
We do self-check-in. There shall be communication via text or email 24 hours before check-in for the release of access code(s).

We may be able to offer help if informed 48 hours before check-in.
Other things to note
There are group (entire house) and individual (per room) bookings. For individual bookings, the room rates and other fees are as follows:
1. Entire House rate - $450.00/night for 10 guests.
2. King-size bedroom rate ensuite with a full bath.
3. Queen-size bedroom/sofa bed with a dedicated full bath.
4. Queen-size bedroom with a shared full bath.
5. Use of the swimming pool - $80.00/2-day-stay.
6. Use of Club also known as BBQ Grill and utensils + gas - $50.00/2-day-stay.
7. Cleaning Service Fee for the entire house - $250.00
Please note that the above room rates permit only 2 guests per room. Every additional guest over and above the allowed 2 guests per room shall attract an extra charge of $35.00 per guest. The entire house can comfortably sleep 14-15 guests, with an average of 3 guests per room.
9. A stay of 15 days or more shall be classified as a long-term stay, cleaning shall therefore be on a call basis by the guest, at an extra cleaning service fee.
