Full Week, Saturday to Saturday Rentals Only. Wonderfully Appointed, Pet Friendly, 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath Townhome centrally located between Lewes and Rehoboth Beach. Come enjoy all of what Lower Delaware has to offer; Bay Beaches, Ocean Beaches, Cape Henlopen State Park, Shopping as well as Dining at some of the Best Restaurants in the area. The attached garage will be helpful in securely storing your bicycles, beach chairs, and surfboards. This property is situated at the back end of one of the areas nicest par 3 golf courses if you care to take in a match. There is also a Community Pool for afternoon relaxation. The community of Heritage Village is restricted to a minimum of 7 days per rental. Lewes Beach Vacation Rentals. Currently available during the off season on a monthly basis.

Please do not opt for Damage Protection or Traveler's Insurance as these will be offered through the property manager directly. All Credit Card transactions through property manager are subject to a 3% Convenience Fee. ACH is also available for no additional fee.

Quiet vacation

We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the neighborhood was. The pool was wonderful & the unit was a short distance to the beach. We chose to rent linens as they weren't included.

Centrally located

I enjoy cape henlopen for the beach and rehobeth for the boardwalk. We enjoyed the 9hole golf course and nearby shopping and putt putt golf and restaurants. I do love to cook so if you want certain kitchen tools you should bring them but the kitchen was sufficiently stocked with the bare necessities.

Fantastic time, great location, and wonderful stay

The house was great. The only thing was some pieces of trash were found in the kid's bedroom (which is to be expected). It just looks bad when your new guests come and they find trash. Linens & towels should be included free of charge (just like hotels). My family and I don't mind putting them in the laundry before we leave so the cleaners don't have to. They can just put it in the dryer. We collected all the trash in the bedrooms and bathrooms and made sure the kitchen trash bin was empty. My mother worked for Marriott in housekeeping so we know how to make it extra easy for the cleaners. We also wiped down the kitchen. Also, is there a way to enable the keypad? That is so much easier than picking up and dropping off physical keys. Less trips to be made to the office. The beach items and toys were a huge HELP! The children enjoyed the toys and the adults didn't have to buy more beach items. It was so helpful. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and friendly. The pool was great too!

We had a great time in this townhouse. Very clean and comfy beds. Quick drive to the beach and boardwalk and right next to the outlets!!
