This beautifully appointed new home, featured in Coastal Style Magazine, has everything you need for the perfect Rehoboth Beach vacation. Featuring a private pool with fenced in back yard, refreshing enclosed outside shower, relaxing front screened porch, and off street parking. The first floor boasts an en suite primary bedroom, open concept living area with designer touches, gourmet kitchen with the large island that will be a gathering place where you can see all that is going on in the pool area and a laundry room. The second floor features 3 additional en suite bedrooms, an office area and a second washer and dryer. Located just steps to the beach and boardwalk and all of the restaurants and shops this is truly a great home! Linens are not included but we do offer a rental package that includes sheets, bath and beach towels to guests. No pets and no smoking!
NO BEACH WEEK OR GRADUATION CELEBRATIONS ARE PERMITTED. GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE ( FOR VRBO RENTALS).

Property was as described. First VRBO that we‘ve stayed at where linens were in bags on front steps. Screened in porch was filthy as was outdoor shower. Needed to provide all your paper products and soaps. Grass needed to be cut which required a call to property mgmt.
