Preference for weekly rentals!! Excellently maintained 2 BR/2 BA second-floor unit is ready for your dream vacation and summer fun! Living room includes a pull-out queen-size sofa, so it sleeps six. Located just off of Rt. 1 behind Big Fish Market and Arena's Cafe in Eagle's Landing-Captiva Sands. Short bike ride to beaches, parks, and downtown Rehoboth. Close to shops, outlets, and restaurants. Spend your days on the beach or in downtown Rehoboth, then come home to your quiet paradise and use of three community pools and tennis courts, with plenty of shaded walking areas and picturesque ponds. Short drive to Tanger Outlets, grocery stores, and shopping. Proximity to Gordon Pond Park and biking trails. This condo has a screened-in balcony, wall-to-wall Berber carpet, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Relax and kick up your feet; One assigned parking space and guest parking available. Linens provided. Fully-equipped kitchen with all amenities for homemade meals if you do not feel like going out. Coffeemaker, waffle iron, toaster, microwave, etc. Generous closet space with two walk-in closets, bike, and kayak guest racks at the entrance to Captiva Sands.

We stayed for a week in July, Saturday to Saturday. This place is wonderful. Not ginormous but very roomy for 4 of us, and can easily fit another without bashing into each other if necessary. Extremely clean. The owner left us with everything we needed -- linens, soaps, full kitchen of appliances, washer/dryer, etc. -- and a nice smart TV as well. A/C and ceiling fans work very nicely.The community has several pools, one of which is a 30 second walk from the front door.And the owner was great, Fantastic communications before, during (some questions we had), and after. Thanked us quite a bit for staying and we did do our best to clean up after ourselves and leave it as neat, or neater, then it was when we arrived.

Nice Apartment. Only 8min drive to the beach.
The Apartment is nice and very clean. All kitchen tools and applications are new or nearly new. This Apartment has one TV. We stayed at a very similar apartment 2 years ago that had 2 TVs and this was a little better. At our previous place the apartment overed full TV service including all movies etc. You will need to connect to your own TV service in this apartment. Outside our vacation time nobody in my family has time to watch TV anymore so we only watch TV during vacation time. Full internet service is provided so maybe a TV is not needed in all cases. Overall, it is a very nice place in good location. We really loved our stay. Thank you.

Clean, comfortable rental
Clean and comfortable accommodations. Great location near state beaches. Close to restaurants and all the fun at Rehoboth Beach. Google Maps didn't take us to the right place, but the property manager was available to give us landmarks/directions. Check in was a little late (5pm), but check out was later too! So we got an extra beach visit in before we left on our last day.
