LOCATION: Captiva Sands is located in the quiet Eagles Landing neighborhood on the bay side of Rehoboth Beach. You get the best of both worlds in this location - a respite from the hustle and bustle of Rehoboth and quick and easy access to the great restaurants, activities, shopping, and easy access to Rehoboth and Dewey Beach. Captiva Sands is the perfect spot whether you are looking for a multi-family beach vacation, a girls' shopping getaway, or even a quiet off-season escape. Great spot close to beach

We had a great stay! Just like other reviews said, the place felt bigger than the pictures convey. It was an awesome spot and so close to the beach. The house also had everything we needed, including beach toys, chairs and boogie boards. And some great toys for kids!! Thanks so much for a wonderful getaway!

Beautiful well kept home

Beautiful well kept home. Clean and nicely decorated. The furniture was up to date and very clean. The kitchen was well organized and the supplies were perfect. To be clear, on the second floor in the sitting area with the loveseat, that is an open area with the laundry and no door. And on the third floor the trundle bed is an open area also. It was hard to clearly see in the pictures if they were enclosed rooms with a door. We made it work. I wish they would have mentioned that the coffee pot is both carafe and keurig (awesome) and that they have beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, balls and even pickleball set (plus there is a pickleball court on site). We brought it all in our car and it was very tight :). We always go to and love the Crooked Hammock, Big Chill Beach Club, Big Fish Grill, Dogfish Head, Crystals, for breakfast and Jungle Jim and so many more. It was a wonderful stay.
