Very close to ocean city and easy walk to beach 2 minutes
The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was great and it was close to everything. The beach wasn’t crowded which was a plus for me. The room was updated and clean. I will be staying in the future
I likes the attentive staff, the pool was clean, and it was 15 min from Ocean city and 15 from Fenwick Island state park!
This hotel was very good, the price was a steal. It was very clean, updated. My only complaint is that you can hear all your neighbors all the time on all sides of you. The walls are quite thin. Make sure you bring your earplugs if you plan on getting any sleep.

This is a great place for a family beach experience. It is a very short walk to a great beach that was never crowded. The staff was nice and responsive. The pool is a great option to have post-beach and it closes at 9, so no late night pool parties keeping the whole hotel up! The price is more than right and we will be back!
Cute hotel close to the beach and restaurants. The front desk staff were very friendly. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Fenwick Island

We booked this hotel as we were heading into town. Glad they had a room. The area was perfect for what we were looking for quiet and the beach was just out of view but very close by. Little expensive but it was a very basic Beach hotel. Good coffee.

I used this place as a midpoint resting spot between Salem, Massachusetts and Nags Head, NC. I almost could not rest due to bedbug fears and uncollected DNA. So it is one step above too skeevy to sleep. The staff was super nice, the shower was surprisingly clean, but the towels had lipstick stains and the bedspread had holes it had a frat house cleanliness feel to it. I told myself over and over no bedbugs and eventually slept. I am not a fancy lass I swear but this is right on the cusp of unihabitable. It just hasn't been kept up. Carpet .... stained seventies? Last time painted the eighties? Great movie set possibility :) So if you are cheap and desperate go for it if not stay somewhere else.
Desk clerk was friendy and helpful. Allowed us to park in lot before check in time. Room smelled bad. There were hairs on sheets. Don't know if they were left on from previous guest. That was creepy! Door knob was coming out of door, but it locked and was secure(?). Elevator has been out of service here for 5 years or so. Stayed here once before and it wasn't working then either. We were hoping they'd gotten their act together. But they haven't changed a bit.
I arrived late and was upgraded to a better room than I booked. Staff was very polite and willing to help you with whatever your needs were. Room was remodeled and smelled fresh. Close walk to the beach and meals.
