Classic 4500 square foot Beach House on oversized lot with 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths, with seasonal hot tub. This newly renovated, spacious home has a large family room and separate sitting room with gas fireplace and sleeper sofa, both of which open into a beautiful large all-season room. The home was showcased in the 2022 Rehoboth Beach Cottage Tour. Enjoy meals in the formal dining room with a circular dining table for 8 and access to the beautiful gardens and hot tub( Hot tub closed January thru May). Or, enjoy meals in the large eat-in kitchen with a smart TV that overlooks the beautifully landscaped backyard. Equipped with modern appliances including 2 dishwashers, refrigerator with built-in ice-maker, 2 large sinks, a traditional drip coffee maker and a Keurig for K-Cups that allow for easy entertaining and family gatherings. Parking on site for 3 cars, including carport and 2 residential parking passes will be provided.

A trash concierge service is provided so you never have to worry about missing trash days or even taking the receptacles to the street!
