Create everlasting memories in the sunny living area, furnished with a comfy sleep sofa, a large smart TV with streaming capability to keep everyone entertained during the stay, an eat-in kitchen, a dining area, and a lovely screened-in porch. A well-appointed kitchen that will excite any home chef. The third level offers a stackable washer and dryer, two primary suites with ensuites, and a private balcony.
LOCATION: Rehoboth Crossing Community is located East of Route 1 and only 1.5 miles from Downtown. You are within walking distance of multiple restaurants, including Outback, The Pointe, pizza shops, and several others; you are just a few blocks from our tax-free Tanger Outlets and other shops. DART public transportation picks up right at the entrance to Rehoboth Crossing for a nominal fee and runs frequently in the summer.
PARKING: Two parking spots are available to guests. Overflow is available behind the Outback restaurant.

THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable if you cancel. The garage is not accessible. Linens are not supplied. However, we offer a linen rental package to guests. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
