PARKING: Assigned parking for two cars, and overflow is available across from the mailboxes.

THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. One dog is permitted with a paid pet fee. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package to guests.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the"Damage Waiver"). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host before checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
