THINGS TO KNOW: This home rents all year! The turnover day is from Saturday to Saturday during the prime summer months. The pool can be heated in the off-season for a fee. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental program to guests. No pets and no smoking. The basement was constructed to be habitable and used for occupancy with egress windows and standard 2022 safety features. However, guests should understand that the City of Rehoboth does not allow basement occupancy. Damage Waiver Information
Your reservation includes a nightly Damage Waiver fee (plus tax, if applicable), which covers accidental damage to the property or its contents—such as furniture, appliances, or fixtures—up to $3,000, provided the incident is reported to the host before checkout.
