Beautiful Comfortable Home

Came down for a Girls weekend with my mom, my daughter, cousin and her family. Lovely home. Comfortable beds. Very clean and had a lot of items already available for us to use! Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would love to stay here again!

Sorority Sister Weekend

My 8 sorority sisters and I get together for a girls weekend annually for our version of “The Big Chill”. This was our 37th Big Chill and our 4th year staying at Mallory Coastal Getaway. The house is beautifully decorated, the kitchen stocked with everything you need and the location is perfect! Our host Andrew was wonderful! He checked in to make sure everything was ok during our stay and was very responsive when we had questions. We had a blast and will be back again next year!

Thanksgiving at the Beach 2024

We’ve been going to the beach for Thanksgiving for over a decade and this is the first property we ever felt comfortable staying at more than once. The home is just perfect for our family and the kitchen is well appointed for even a 15 lb. turkey. The owner is awesome, quick to respond to all questions, and provides detailed information about your stay. Definitely recommend!

Girls Weekend at the Beach

This home was perfect for our mother/daughter weekend trip. There were 5 of us and the house was well appointed, clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the big family room and outdoor patio so we could all be together...for coffee in the morning, dinner at the big table or watching a movie. The location was ideal- so close to everything and communication with the owner was terrific!

Wonderful, Spacious Rehoboth Rental

We had a fabulous time for our family vacation down in Rehoboth!! Andrew’s home is a beautiful and modern rental decorated with solid simplicity. Incredibly spacious, it fits 10 people beyond comfortably - whether we were all having dinner together or whether we all needed some peace and quiet to ourselves throughout the week - there was enough space for both scenarios! It was perfectly clean upon arrival and a great convenience to have the linens and bath towels included in the rental - not to mention the community pool, beach chairs and beach umbrella that are available for guests👌 We have been renting in Rehoboth for years and this has been our unanimous favorite! Andrew was quick, helpful and friendly throughout our communications!! I highly recommend this rental- you will not be disappointed!!

Great place

We had a great stay, and the house was perfect for our needs. Easy drive to the boardwalk, and at least if you go on the early side (10 am), the parking there is really easy. If you ride bike and don't mind crossing a few interesting intersections, there's a really really good loop, 15 miles that we rode almost every day. We are looking forward to going back to this house again. Thank you!

Great House!

This is our second year in a row staying here and it’s always a perfect time. Upon arrival the house was very clean and everything worked perfectly. This house is really in a great location. You can get to Fresh Market, Exxon, and one of the outlets without red lights, and it’s easy to get to the beach and downtown rehoboth. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and there seems to be a lot of permanent folks in the complex. Andrew is a great host, always responsive to text messages.

Perfect beach week

Our group enjoyed our stay very much, the place is beautifully decorated, bright, clean and roomy for 9 of us. The kitchen was well appointed, we cooked most nights and the location was excellent, 5 min walk to bus stop to the beach. Linens and beds were comfortable. Family reunion

We booked this rental for a family reunion. The house was clean and tastefully decorated. There are stores and restaurants close by, and the beach was a short car ride. Everyone we ran into in the community was friendly and helpful too. 100% would book again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Relaxing, convenient location and attentive owners

The house is very clean, spacious and well furnished. Kitchen and baths are up-to-date and well appointed. The art work is "beachy" and fitting. Andrew was excellent from initial contact through check out and follow-up. I've rented often in Edgewater, Canal Corkran, Rehoboth Crossing and Sanibel. This was one of the best choices I made. The family had a great time. Thanks to the owners.

There were 9 of us and we had plenty of room and everything we needed for a fun girls weekend. The house is even better than the pictures, the location is perfect, and Andrew is very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. New Years Getaway

The house was perfect for our family get together. The space allowed our party of 8 to socialize , cook and sleep in a comfortable setting. The house is in a great location, close to all the action. Andrew was very accessible to answer our questions and respond to our needs. The only downer was the fireplace was inoperative. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at this property several times and always have a wonderful time! The kitchen is set up so it’s easy for us all to cook in the kitchen. The coffee table is great for a good game of scramble! The location is excellent for getting into town! The owner is easy to connect with if you have any questions! We can’t wait for our next visit!

Lovely House, Close to Everything!

We loved the brewery and the seafood restaurant in walking distance and it was a five minute drive to the beach. Great location! The house was beautiful and had plenty of room for us and the kids.

Fall getaway

Lovely home with great floor plan. Easy drive to the beach. Nice relaxing time, quiet neighborhood. Went purposefully in off season so can not comment on the pool. House nicely appointed it was our second time staying if circumstances let us visit the beach again I would not hesitate to book the same home.
