This recently built single-family home features four bedrooms, including a main-level primary suite and a second-level primary suite. The open-concept ground level is perfect for entertaining and spending quality time with family.
The jaw-dropping kitchen boasts quartz countertops, GE Cafe appliances, a microwave/convection oven, and a huge island for extra dining space. The bright living room offers a gas fireplace, SMART flat-screen TV, and comfortable seating. Enjoy your morning coffee or a late-night cocktail on the spacious screened-in porch with cozy seating.
Step outside to the enclosed backyard with a rectangular 12x26 PRIVATE POOL, ranging from 3'6" to 5'8" in depth. The pool area features gorgeous hardscaping, a firepit with Adirondack chairs, a large deck overlooking the pool with additional seating, and a gas grill for outdoor dining. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to ensure an unforgettable beach vacation.
The location is ideal, just minutes from the heart of Rehoboth. You can walk or bike to beaches, the boardwalk, Funland, and numerous five-star restaurants.
