About this property

Cape Suites Room 5 -Free Parking!

This 3rd Floor East End Suite was completely renovated in 2022. It features a

new bathroom with a tile and glass shower. We have brand new mattresses and

all new linens. The suite has been painted, local art work has been added and

the second room has been converted into a sitting room. A Murphy bed was

installed that when not in use converts to a sofa. All new A/V equipment has

been added. We have provided a small refrigerator and microwave, ice bucket,

and Keurig coffee maker (complete with a complimentary starter set of K cups).



This suite overlooks one of the most popular streets in downtown Rehoboth

Beach, Baltimore Avenue! You will also have access to an ice maker on the

first level, sand wash station, beach chairs, 2 beach towels, access to a

laundry room (no coins or cards needed! We provide detergent, too), and one

parking space on site.



From your suite, you are just steps away from the center of Rehoboth Beach!



Please be advised that there is No Elevator on site.



Housekeeping is available on stays longer than 3 days.



Bring a Pack and Play, if needed.



One standard parking space included with reservation, for larger vehicles

SUVs, Vans, etc. use of the Park and Ride is suggested or a parking permit is

Nice weekend getaway

We enjoyed the location of the rental, the included parking spot, and the thorough information regarding checkin, laundry, the Murphy bed, WiFi, and other related details. We stayed with our 2 kids, and they were on the Murphy bed. The rooms are quite small and the living room doubles as the “second bedroom,” so renter be aware of that. All in all, great spot!

Paying for location, but not worth the hassle

The property manager is responsive during the day but unavailable after hours, which became an issue when we arrived late, and the door code didn’t work. Despite notifying them of late arrival and assured the code was functional, we were locked out and had to find another hotel at 1 AM because the property manager was unresponsive (she says she is unavailable because she is sleeping). They refunded us for the night, but the stress of not knowing if the door will unlock with no one to assist makes the stay not worth it. 24/7 availability is essential for handling such issues if you are running a lodging property.
