This coastal getaway is centrally located for all of your beach vacation needs! Lewes Beach and the Rehoboth Boardwalk are approximately 3 miles from the house. Within walking distance of the movie theater, local bars, an excellent collection of restaurants, mini golfing, go-karts, beautiful golf courses and more! Also directly across the highway from the shopping outlets. The hardest part about your stay won’t be finding something to do, it’ll be wishing you had booked longer for more time to enjoy them!

The house is located in the quiet neighborhood of Midway Estates. You'll find one bedroom with connected full bathroom on the first floor, and 2 bedrooms with a full jack and jill bathroom with a tub on the second floor. 2 of the bedrooms have queen beds while the third has a full and twin bed. The finished basement has a separate entrance, a full bath, a queen bed and a futon with a full sized mattress.

Take advantage of the coffee bar and enjoy the sunrise while lounging in the enclosed sunroom!

When you're not at the beach or out sampling the local nightlife Roku smart TVs with Hulu, Disney Plus, HBO Max, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Fubo TV has you covered for movie night.

Towels and freshly cleaned linens are provided!

Great weekend away!

We had a girls weekend and rented this house - it had just the right accomodations for us and was very clean and comfortable. The host was extremely responsive and kind; even gave us suggestions on where to eat while we were there visiting. Would love to visit again.

The pictures don’t do it justice. We were so pleased with the house and amenities!! We had a pleasant stay with no issues. Blaine communicated everything we needed to know before our stay and gave us directions on what we needed to do for check out. Would highly recommend!!

Great family experience

The house is adorable from outside and surprisingly expansive inside. We had six family members and we were all comfortable. It is very clean and well appointed, with everything we needed for the beach, including beach chairs, umbrellas and blankets, boogie boards, umbrellas and a cooler. This is a five-star property and host and we would definitely book it for our next beach stay.
