Great place to stay if you’re running in the Rehoboth Beach Marathon. I stay here every year in December the night before the race. It’s conveniently located just a few miles from the starting line, reasonably priced, clean, and friendly staff.

Staff didn’t clean our room in a week. No fresh towels available. Couldn’t take a shower for 2 days. Noisy neighbors in the hall early in the morning and late at night.
We had bed bugs in our room. That has MEVER happened to me before. When brought to the attention of front desk, no discount was offered or given, just a change of rooms.
Upon our arrival we noticed ants in the bathroom. Additionally, we requested one or two added pillows and were eventually told (after 3 times) that the hotel had no pillows? The hotel is certainly short-staffed and on a couple occasions I called the front desk (regarding the check out time) and no one answered the phone. I later went to the front desk, waited 10-15 minutes, but no one appeared.
Staff was pleasant. We enjoyed our stay there. It was close to the beach, just a 5-10 min drive.

Given Covid regs ,expected inconvenience. But food on floor from previous guest, no functioning microwave and delay in tv working was not expected. And some crew needing to enter to fix issues. All in all ok stay, front desk was very pleasant!!! Maybe would be better given another time?!

We stayed during the 4th of July Fireworks event at Rehoboth Beach. We asked the staff how could we get to the firework event without driving (streets were closed to normal traffic except for buses). Staff told us to take the 201 RED LINE Bus from in front of the TGI Friday's - they never told us about how to get back which the assumption would be to get back on the 201 RED LINE and get off at a stop near the hotel. We successfully caught the bus to the beach. When it was time to return, everyone at the beach was told they had to catch the "shuttle buses" that were in place to escort everyone from the beach and grandstand areas. The shuttle bus driver told us to take the shuttlle to the Rehoboth PARK & RIDE depot and get a "transfer" ticket to catch the bus heading to your hotel - unfortunately, these shuttle buses went to the PARK & RIDE depots ONLY (we were stuck as our car was still parked at the hotel). We caught the shuttle bus to the Rehoboth PARK & RIDE depot where no transfers were offered. The bus coordinator on duty pointed us to a bus to take for no fee which was going in the direction of the Wells Fargo Bank which we were told was near the hotel - we found out the hard way that this was not true. We got on the bus; the bus drove 2 miles north on Coastal Hwy pass the hotel where we eventually got off at the Wells Fargo Bank. We walked along Coastal Hwy for 2 miles back to the Comfort Inn - this was tough on some of my family members. PLEASE TRAIN STAFF w/ this
