OVERVIEW: Welcome to Park Shore, one of Rehoboth Beach's newest communities! Extensively upgraded townhome awaits your arrival. Comfort abounds in this three-level townhome, which offers four bedrooms (two primary suites) and comfortably accommodates up to ten people. The ground level is your main living area with an open concept, and the second level offers three bedrooms (one primary suite) and a hall bathroom. The third level provides a loft-like primary suite with an ensuite and spacious terrace with seating. This property has a fantastic location and has been lovingly furnished with coziness and comfort. It is family-friendly and lavishly upgraded with hardwood flooring on the first floor, granite in the kitchen and all the bathrooms, 9-foot ceilings, upgraded stainless steel appliances, a beautiful tile backsplash, and a full-sized washer and dryer. The community pool is just steps from the front door, and there is private parking. The rear patio has a picnic table and gas grill.
LOCATION: It's an easy walk to downtown Rehoboth Beach and our famous beach and boardwalk (approx. 8.5 blocks/20 min walk), restaurants, a community playground right around the corner with a farmers' market, bike/walking paths, scooter/bicycle rental, and the boardwalk. It's less than 5 minutes to Tanger outlets, the golf course, and Jungle Jim's waterpark. Miniature golf, movies, and other activities are within a 10-15-minute drive.
PARKING: Assigned parking for one vehicle and garage parking for one vehicle. There is no overflow.
AMENITIES: Community pool, washer, dryer, Wi-Fi, gas grill, private outdoor areas, and electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out.
