Located east of Rt. 1 for easy access to downtown, this 4 BR, 3 BA townhome is just minutes from the beach and steps from Junction & Breakwater Trail.

Enjoy the open floor concept w/ screened porch & outdoor grill. The 1st floor includes a full bathroom and laundry room. Upstairs, enjoy a bedroom w/ balcony, a bunk room with trundle bed, and primary suite w/ deck, and private bathroom.

Community amenities include pool & hot tub (May-Sept) and plenty of onsite parking. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.
