Relax on the balcony and overlook the front courtyard and koi pond. The kitchen has open area to living room with plenty of counter space for cooking along with additional seating at island. The front bedroom has access to the balcony from patio slider for enjoying your morning coffee and a queen size bed. Great Location and a well maintained property

We had a great time staying here. More than enough space for a family of 4. The place was in great condition and very clean. The Patrician has convenient parking (6ft clearance) and easy access form beach. The outdoor washdown area (with warm water) to rinse off the sand was nice. Having Obie's next doo is a nice touch too. Would definitely stay again.
