Basement Suite w/Private Entrance

Enjoy all Rehoboth and Lewes have to offer while staying in our newly finished basement suite! We are a family of 4 (two adults and two children ages 8 and 10) and live in the house on a main floor. Our home is conveniently located just off Route 1 in a quiet community between Lewes and Rehoboth. We are 5 miles away from Rehoboth boardwalk, Lewes beach and Cape Henlopen State Park.
1-2 miles to outlets, restaurants, water park, go-kart, mini-golf, movie theater and much more!
The suit has one bedroom, one bathroom and living room with kitchenette.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, closet.
The living room has sleeper sofa, smart TV connected to our WiFi(no cable), dining table and kitchenette with bar sink, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker and microwave.
Suite has everything you need to be comfortable.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, a safe, and a dining table.

Wonderful spot to stay. Owners are very kind and responsive. Easy access! No stairs and room for 2 cars if needed. Place was VERY clean and quiet. Towels were so soft Only thing I would have to say is it wouldve been nice to have toothpaste (only because we forgot ours) and a pad of paper and something to write with. (and only cuz we were playing cards and wanted to keep score, haha!) The place was amazing, Thank you!!!

Great find!

Upon short notice, my daughter and her friend wanted to take a trip to the beach and everything was booked or crazy expensive! I was able to come up on this listing and it did not disappoint. Property looks just like the photos. Very clean and uncluttered. Pull out sofa was very easy to set up. The drive was 13 minutes to the beach from the house. Very easy to get to. Host was very responsive.

My husband and I had the best time staying at this home. Everything was a smooth and peaceful experience, from checking in, to communication with the property owner, to the stay itself. The home was extremely clean, modern and beach themed which we loved. This home had extra attention to detail put into it (it had a coffee bar, bathroom accessories, extra blankets, smart tv, and even had chicken nuggets in the freezer! Lol) . The hosts went above and beyond our expectations, and the price was unbeatable for the location. We will definitely be coming back!!
