Loved this place!

Wonderful stay! The house was super clean, it was a 10 min bike ride to the beach, a 2 min walk to the pool. Everything was great!! We would def go here again! Thanks!

Perfect location

Perfect location. Very quiet, friendly neighborhood, yet only 10 mins from beaches, shops & restaurants! Very clean condo. Fully equipped kitchen. Great layout. Stocked with lots of games. Large Elevators great for luggage, etc. Management very friendly & accommodating. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect Beach Escape!

We had the most wonderful stay at Cathy and Scott's property. The house was perfect for our young family and was impeccably clean. Cathy was an absolute pleasure to speak with and she answered all of my questions within minutes (for months). We hope to be back next summer, highly recommend.

Look no further

This condo proved to be the perfect spot for my husband and I to stay while looking for permanent home in Sussex County. Beautifully designed and decorated with all the conveniences of home. Plenty of space for family to visit. Hiking and biking trails are a major bonus especially for a winter stay. Close enough to town to be convenient but far enough away to provide peace and quiet in the evening. Having an elevator helped immensely with moving in and the whole check in process could not have been easier. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with and there is always access to the property manager who met us at the condo on arrival. The fully equipped kitchen made it very easy to cook in when we wanted but we were so close to many great restaurants so we ate out frequently also. We also had three really unseasonably warm days in January where we could actually sit on the balcony and have a glass of wine. Look no further-you will love this condo!

Wonderful experience!!

We loved staying in this delightful condo - it was spotlessly clean, so comfortable and cheery, and the whole rental process was extremely easy! We loved the easy access to town. Very Nice

The condo was great. It was roomy, clean and the location was perfect. My husband is physically limited and the wide doorways and open space let him move freely with his walker. The elevator was a necessity. I would recommend that more bars be put up in the bathrooms and in the walk -in shower. It was a great weekend.

Fantastic getaway

This place was perfect. Very clean, had a new smell when I walked in..very quite area. The bedroom fit everyone's need and beds were comfortable. Kathy was available when needed. And if she wasn't available her contact person was. Love this place and will come back.

Easy access

Beautiful condo that is in the perfect location for Rehobeth beach access and then also all the activities on Route 1 (outlets, restaurants, go carts, etc). Landlord was accommodating for easy check in. We will be back!

Great Family Vacation!!!

It was our first time visiting Rehoboth and loved it!! Great place to stay with the family! Our kids loved the pool and playground!!! Our dog had a wonderful time too!! Would highly recommend staying here!!!

Lovely condo in Rehoboth

We really enjoyed our stay in the Ulster Drive condo - large, light, with a very well equipped kitchen. The drive over to the beach is only 8 minutes, and with the parking pass it was easy to park on the northern end of town to enjoy the beach. The condo is a short walk from the Junction & Breakwater Trail, which is great. We definitely recommend it!

Home away from home

Great family condo away from the crowd

The condo and grounds were lovely. The grandchildren loved the pool while getting used to the beach! Wish we’d brought our bikes, but did rent for the day to explore the bounties of Cape Henlopen State Park.

Absolutely loved this condo!!!

Loved this condo, very clean, very convenient, perfectly furnished and equipped! This complex is so quiet and relaxing! The beds are so comfy too! Hidden Gem

We were visiting Rehobeth for my little boy's baseball tournament. I wanted to do beach things but knew my time would be limited. So I opted for this condo thinking that it would be close enough to the beach but not right in the hustle and bustle of the busy board walk. I enjoyed the location so much that I'm planning another trip so that I'm able to enjoy more of Rehobeth. The condo is situated right in between the fun shops and an amazing trail that you can bike or walk on. The pool is stunning. The umbrellas and chairs are such good quality, and the setting is very serene. I have small children and just outside of the pool area is a jungle gym that is mostly shaded and really fun for them! I felt very lucky to have found this spot after hearing stories from other families in our group that were staying in hotels. The owner is very nice and accommodating. I seriously can't wait to go back.

Will definitely rent here again

Such a lovely property and surrounding grounds. Unit is well appointed and all bedrooms have wonderfully comfortable beds. Having the washer and dryer handy was an added bonus. Our guilts all commented on how nice and spacious the condo was. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends. A special thanks to Kathy for offering to allow me to use any unused days in the event i had to leave early to care for my aging father - thankfully I didn’t have to.

Exactly what we were looking for

We enjoyed our stay at this condo pre-Memorial Day. It's a nice size for a family of 4 or 5 and was very clean. We took our dog, who liked sitting on the balcony and watching the many geese in the parking lot below. The beds and furniture are comfortable, and the appliances are nice. Definitely recommend this place!

Well-equipped & has plenty of room for the whole family!

We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the condo. The rooms are so spacious. It is in perfect condition. The condo has everything that you would need-even beach chairs! It is located right behind the outlets, so it was perfect for a day of shopping since we had a rainy weekend. The owner, Kathy, was so kind and prompt in answering all of my questions. We had a wonderful weekend & will be staying here again. Thank you for a great weekend!

Perfect Beautiful Home for a short but sweet getaway!

Upon arrival we were greeted by the Property Manager and he guided us to the amazing beautiful Condo. Right from the start we were very impressed and could not wait to begin our mini-vacay! We absolutely loved the cleanliness of the Condo and the spacious rooms throughout. Our Lil' Luna (12 yr old pug) could not get enough of the elevator. Us humans liked that too! We thank you for making our stay a very happy and memorable one. We would definitely love to come back!
