Gîte in 1 wing of building, about 800m from the center of Régnié-Durette, a village of the Beaujolais famous for its fine vintage and church with 2 bell towers. In the other wing of building : vat-room, shed & 1 lodging (at the end). Raised ground floor (outside stairs, small balcony) : entrance hall, living room (dining area, lounge area with double sofa bed), separate kitchen, small hall leading to WC, shower room & bedroom (double bed, cot on request). Outdoors : unclosed courtyard, lawn area, garden furniture. The owner, Bernadette, is living on the other side of the road. If guests are interested, she can arrange a tasting in the cellar of her brother (a winegrower) 3 km away. Lots of walks on site, Green Road nearby.
The vacation home features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and a travel crib. Housekeeping is available on request.
