This is a basement suite and a family lives on top. In the early morning, and during the day, it got quite loud with people walking, and a child running and often crying upstairs. Also, there was no cable tv, only specialty channels. I would have preferred to listen to basic cable with some of the local channels to get local news and interests. This is the first stay where I have not been able to get local channels and networks.

Very pleasant and convenient - although we would have preferred not to hear the vacuum upstairs before 8 am! :-) (hard to do in busy lives, I know!)

This property was located close to friends that we were visiting in Regina. It was clean and comfortable. Plenty of shopping and dining near by. The coffee maker did not work. We had to out for early morning coffee. Just glad it wasn't winter. I would book this suite again.
