Overall good. One complaint the business center/computer was down which people need for boarding passes, printing Covid test results etc. The front desk watched me struggle with the computer and finally said it was down after I asked.

Did not get the room I purchased. That may be an online issue. The room was not ready when said, understand that it was busy but when we did get in there were no towels. Talked to the cleaning staff they said they would put some in and when we got back there was nothing. There was hair left on bathtub walls.
