Only 4 minutes from RCMP, 7 minutes to Pasqua Hospital, 8 minutes from Regina International Airport, and 8 minutes from Mosaic Stadium. Playground and green space across the street.

Nicely stocked and decorated. Friendly owner. Lots of noise from upstairs, no soundproofing. No bathroom fan, only controls and air vents. Very chilly and humid.
