It is located in a basement suite of a home that has young children. There is no ability to regulate the temperature without messaging the owner. There is one window out into the back yard but the yard is unfinished and there was a pump running so was not ideal to having the window open. There was a strong odour, possibly a food smell from the upstairs unit. I did bring that to the owners attention but he advised he had a third party come in and inspect and say there was no smell.
