When I arrived at the hotel instead of getting the two queen beds I had paid for I was given a room with one double bed and a hide a bed pull out . At 1 AM the room right next to I speak again to converse very loudly laugh very loudly and just keep us awake . I hesitated to call the desk because I had my two granddaughters with me and did not want to flake on the light call down to the front desk and risk waking them up . I was hoping sooner or later the noise would stop but it continued right until 6 AM in the morning . At 3:30 in the morning we called the front desk, told him about our noisy neighbours. they came up and knocked on the door and got the people to stay quiet for about 20 minutes and then the noise continued like until six in the morning. Upon checkout I reminded the front desk person of my dissatisfaction with the night . They told me while we have a crew staying up on the second floor and that could've been the problem . I told the staff person that it was not the work crew because they were right across the hall from us they're heavy work boots in the hallway they were the quiet ones it was just some private individuals who were making the noise, running between two different rooms and slamming doors all night .
I found the staff was very pleasant & accommodating. The room was comfortable, but could use freshening up. Also, the housekeeping could use some fine tuning, especially in the bathroom. And the carpets could be replaced. I didn’t want to take my shoes off. I found the breakfast below average, and the size of the breakfast room very small. I had to take my breakfast up to my room because there was no more seating available. The cost is reasonable, so I guess it’s true, you get what you pay for. Overall, I would stay there again.
There were Small beds and the room was outdated. Could certainly use and upgrade. The walls were also paper thin as we heard multiple doors open and close many times in the early morning when we got in late from a flight. Relatively clean though. Not very good pressure in the shower.
The rooms and breakfast was nice. Staff was great and friendly. T.V. could use some upgrading, seemed to be old and outdated with channels. Plus there was myself and my wife and only one chair to relax in. could use another chair.
We were stuck in a snow storm so we booked last minute online and were very pleased with the service, price and the hotel overall. We had a great night ready and served a good breakfast in the morning and continued our trip. I would definitely stay there again.
Stayed here for a weekend. Room was clean but very small. Really disliked the breakfast very average at best the room where they have it is very small and is so very crowded. The cost of the hotel is very reasonable guess you get what you pay for
Arrived here late evening after a long journey from Scotland. The receptionist was very welcoming and professional. The room was a good size, clean, and the beds very comfortable-especially the pillows. The room was also quiet considering it is close to the main road. The bathroom had plenty of good toiletries, was very clean, and the provision of face wash cloths was very welcome. There is also a night light in the bathroom, which I thought was a lovely, thoughtful touch for people to find there was in the night-especially children. Breakfast was a small buffet, but with plenty of options- the eggs and coffee were great! All the staff we encountered were really friendly and professional, and made sure the guests were at ease and well looked after. As someone who works in hotels, I think I am more critical than most when it comes to customer service as well. Thank you Comfort Inn, I would certainly recommend you, and would use you again when passing through.
Rooms are very spacious, bathroom very nice, beds comfortable and able to set temperature to my preference very easily. Pool with water slide is more for younger children but my 7 and 8 year old still enjoyed it. Hot tub was hot. Chlorine was a bit high but I suppose better than too low. Breakfast in morning was great. Didn’t hear any noise from other rooms. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
The staff was very kind as I arrived several hours ahead of my party. They let me hang out in the lobby and even let me use the staff bathroom! They didn’t make me feel bad for spending most of my day on their coUch
We needed a place to stay during our long move and chose the Comfort Inn mainly for the complementary breakfast. The beds were very clean and super comfy. The staff were really nice and accommodating.
