apartment of 55 sqm, which is part of a larger property that includes a farmhouse whose oldest part appears to have been a medieval watchtower, totally renovated in Tuscan style, all surrounded by 45000 square meters of land with olive grove which produce an excellent organic olive oil d. To complete everything there are also a swimming pool with free access for guests of our apartments and convenient parking on site. The Bella Vista apartment has a private garden of 150 square meters with barbecue, table and chairs where to eat outdoors, internally with a double room with double bed + extra bed for the fifth person, bathroom with shower, kitchen living room complete with appliances, kitchen utensils, sofa bed, satellite TV. Apartment renovated in 2015, also has underfloor heating.

Beautiful rural location and lovely home

Our kids couldn’t get enough of the swimming pool overlooking the mountains. A lovely relaxing stay in a beautifully kept apartment with a super comfortable bed. If you’re in a hire car, opt for the full insurance as there’s a bit of a bumpy drive off the Regello road. We had a great time! Grazie Ewa, Roberto and Giulia.

Sehr gute Lage und sehr nette Eigentümer

Ausgezeichnet gegelegene Wohnung in mitten von Olivenbäumen. Die Zufahrt über eine alte Römerpflaster-Straße mit Schotter ist nix für den tiefergelegten Sportwagen, für jeden normalen PKW aber kein Problem. Der Aufenthalt im gepflegten Anwesen mit sauberem Pool und super netten Eigentümern ein Traum. Wir können das Anwesen nur empfehlen.
