Simply let your soul unwind - centrally located holiday apartment. 2 - 4 people. Barrier-free for two persons. The 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with box spring beds, one of which is electrically adjustable, are available for occupancy by three or four people. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a dishwasher, a fully automatic coffee machine, and, if desired, a coffee maker of your choice. The living room is spacious and modern, equipped with a Smart TV. It directly adjoins the fully fenced terrace and garden. There is ground-level access via the terrace. A new pellet stove creates a wonderful ambiance, romantic fire, and cozy warmth with little effort. Pellets can be purchased from us. The bathrooms have walk-in showers, are completely new, and modern. One of them additionally has an infrared heater and a bathtub. Our holiday apartment is COMFORTABLE, quiet, modern, cozy, making you feel at home. In the most beautiful city on the Rhine. Wi-Fi, parking with a carport, a garage space for your bicycles, and bed linen and towels included. The price will be adjusted according to your occupancy. We look forward to seeing you.
