Non smoking apartment for max. 2 people in a quiet and central location. In just a few minutes' walk from the Rhine Promenade and the town center.
The attic (2nd Floor) has a separate entrance, floor heating, a bright spacious living room with fireplace (ethanol), modern bathroom with tub, fully equipped kitchen and bedroom with double bed. The apartment was in 2015 completely renovated and refurbished. Parking in front of the house, Amazon Fire TV and other extras available free of charge.
Utilities, linens, towels and cleaning (every 3 days) included in the price.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Limited housekeeping is available.
