Electric fireplace. Open space concept. All three bedrooms & two bathrooms are located upstairs. The middle floor is the main central hub of the home with the family, dining, kitchen laundry room, & gathering area with a large fireplace. The lower level has a 86” smart TV pool table, air hockey, basketball hoop, & skeet ball games for hours of entertainment.
The backyard has a nice outside patio, fire pit & seating. Enclosed yard, large deck, patio table & chairs for summer evenings. Beautiful views of the pasture & river. Enjoy the wildlife views this home offers.
All bedrooms are located upstairs for privacy & furnished with smart TVs. Giant Master shower ensuite. Spectacular views off the private deck. Located in Reedsport, enjoy what this 3-bedroom house has to offer.

Guys Fishing Trip

We stayed here during a fishing trip we had out of Winchester bay. The house sells itself short in the photos. It truly was an awesome house to stay at! My buddies and I were in awe when we first got got in and saw how cool this house really is. We were able to hang outside on the deck to enjoy the evening views when we got back. The amount of comfortable seating was insane, we all got to spread out after a long day. Our only thing was our trip was too short, could've stayed another day to just enjoy the house! We'll be back again, Thanks!

Pictures dont do it justice!

This house is amazing, it is the most beautiful spot with a view, super quiet court. It is so warm and comfortable like being in your own home (and so much space). Joshua clearly put so much time/thoughtfulness into making it a perfect destination spot for families. He is also so responsive and that was appreciated. We can't wait to come back!
