The house boasts a spacious open-plan living area on the ground floor with underfloor heating; it comprises of a cosy sitting room with two stylish and comfortable sofas and a Smart television, perfect for movie nights after long days at the beach. Head through the large, glass patio doors and enjoy the lovely quiet and spacious decked patio with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a convenient surf shower located along the side path. This area also includes a lovely al fresco dining area where families can enjoy lazy breakfasts and scrumptious suppers together; alternatively, grab one of the board games and have an evening full of family fun.
Home-cooked meals can be prepared in the large and modern gloss white kitchen which comes equipped with all the modern appliances holidaymakers need. Also on the ground floor is a handy cloakroom/WC. Families with younger children will appreciate the little extras such as the Tripp Trapp highchair and travel cot.
Upstairs are three comfortable bedrooms with all beds made from reclaimed wood: the master is located at the front and has a plush king-size bed, en-suite shower room and a sliding glass patio door leading out to a small balcony which overlooks the village of Portreath; to the rear is a double bedroom and a cosy twin bedroom with two single beds, both rooms are equipped with modern appliances such as phone charging bedside lamps, and serviced by a modern bathroom with a shower over the bath.
There is parking at the front for up to two small cars and an electric vehicle charging point available for guests to use.
Additional Information: Two well-behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). Travel cot and highchair available on request.
