Double booking

When we arrived the house was already occupied by four men that had paid in cash. It turned out that the owner had booked it twice. At that moment, you are forwarded to a helpdesk in India, however, no one helps you during the weekend to find something else. I received the payments back. Afterwards the owner rejected us because we were too young - we are around sixty.
