Air conditioning is available.

The resort offers limited elevator access. Some buildings require the use of stairs.

Front Desk hours are **6:00 AM–11:00 PM**.

Guests staying in chalet suites may experience a temporary delay in hot water on the day of check-in due to scheduled hot tub maintenance.

Parking is limited. Storage for boats, RVs, and trailers cannot always be accommodated.

Pool hours vary by location. Outdoor pools are seasonal and operate from **Memorial Day through Labor Day**. Sports center hot tubs are available year-round. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. No lifeguards are on duty.

Guests requesting a specific building location should contact the front desk prior to arrival.

Wi-Fi is available for an additional fee.

WorldMark check-out time is **11:00 AM**.

Primary guest must be **21 years of age or older** to check in.

Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.

Only trained service animals are permitted. Emotional support animals are not allowed.

Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

Check-in time: **4:00 PM**.

Check-out time: **11:00 AM**.

Wi-Fi fees and any applicable incidental charges are collected directly by the resort.

Our prices include all other booking fees. Resort-imposed optional charges are collected separately.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be **21 years of age (or older)**. With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check-in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a **$99.00 name change fee** and **$129 on the day of check in**. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.
