Good location

The location to the pool was excellent however we were woken up very early every morning by neighbors doing construction on the roofs of their homes there was garbage in and around the trash cans when we arrived no Kleenex no lotion lacking just the extras that were promised it seemed clean but I had to reuse all the towels to shower and stuff. it just felt like the very minimum. Most of the blinds in the windows were broken or didn't work right we couldn't get the ones in the second bedroom to close at all and the ones in front of the sliding door wouldn't stay up. the filter in the refrigerator needs to be changed for the water really bad it's been like that a while obviously. I looked everywhere from maps and ended up leaving some that I had to collect on my own we weren't sure where we were going for the first day and a half until I found someone that had maps. It would be nice if you had those at the place. The bed was comfy lI just wish I could have slept more.

Fire alarm went off, terrible communication & wet towels left in dryer

We were looking forward to a wonderful stay at Eagle Crest. The place is nice but the communication was horrible.The first morning we were woke up at 4:55 am by the smoke alarm going off. Only 10 seconds but disruptive. When the host emailed me to ask about the first night. I told them about the alarm and also the bedroom light flickering and the refrigerator indicator for the filter. They emailed me back 2 hours later - at 11am - to ask if the alarms were still going off. I wouldn’t have emailed that problem but it seems that they were just as non-responsive to texts as well.When I went to use the dryer to fluff some clothes, there was a huge load of damp towels in the dryer. Sent a picture and they said thanks.The next day I asked for a late check out because of an accident. That was at 6:30 am. They sent a message to leave a 5 star review. Then messaged us at 10:30 am to finally respond to the late checkout request. I responded that we were already out. Definitely will make sure that I don’t stay here or anywhere that says ‘iTrip’.

Our Memorial Day stay

Our stay was perfectly located and the amenities: pool, walking trails, proximity to downtown Redmond and Smith Rock made the trip so worthwhile. We hope to be back again.Thank you.

Exploring Redmond

We enjoyed the location of this home to explore Redmond on mountain bikes. It was easy to go to Bend from here as well. Property is clean, well equipped and very comfortable.

Staycation with family

My brother and his family travel from Utah and stayed in another Eagle Crest property so we decided to Staycation from nearby with them! The condo was perfect and Eagle Crest amenities were enjoyed by all.

Clean, comfortable bed, patio space disappointing

Unit was very clean. Close to lakeside pool but quite far from everything else. We normally stay closer to the other pool which I prefer. There is a nice walking/biking path along the creek which we enjoyed. Unfortunately it was quite smoky from the fires in the evenings. I appreciated the very comfortable bed in the master. Unit was spacious for our family of 4. Biggest disappointment was the patio area. The listing stated it had a grill and patio furniture. The grill was a charcoal grill which we are not experienced in using and weren’t able to get working. There was a portable camp style propane grill with one tiny can of propane. We used this our first night and the second night somehow the propane was empty. I ended up cooking the rest of our meals for the week on the stove which was a bug disappointment . I feel the listing should be more specific and state it is a charcoal grill. In my experience, I have never NOT had a gas grill at a rental that states there is a grill. As for the patio furniture, there were only 3 plastic chairs and a tiny, uneven bistro table which could maybe seat 2 people. I expected at least a table and 4 chairs to enjoy family meals and my morning coffee at. We didn’t use the patio at all expect to dry the pool towels. The listing really needs to reflect the outdoor space accurately. Or even better, put a grill and patio set out there!

Beautiful mountain community close to resident family members

So easy to communicate with ITrip. The home was well equipped, and I fell in love with the coffeemaker. A make up mirror would have been nice, overall, any need you may have while staying was addressed beautifully.

Disappointed

The advertisement had a nice back patio with grill and patio furniture and a hot tub in picture. The grill and patio furniture was listed in the amenities. There was nothing on the back patio. No furniture, no grill and no hot tub. It was Memorial Day weekend reaching to almost 80 on Memorial Day and pleasant enough to enjoy a BBQ. We were greatly disappointed. There was no apologies or compensation

Great family getaway

Just as pictured, nice and clean. Perfect for 6 people. This was a Father and son (ages 8 and 12) getaway. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, Smith rock climbing, and brought our ATV's. Will definitely stay here again.
