Welcome to 3 Shasta's Retreat! This Expansive property is situated on a 2.5 acre lot with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. This home includes RV hook up, amble parking for boats and trailers, a BBQ grill, a playground, a secure gated poo and a double-wide jacuzzi. A scenic 2-mile drive from the property offers breath taking views of Shasta Dam, Shasta Lake and Mount Shasta. Lastly, OH trails are located on the other side of the Dam for your enjoyment.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. The bathroom offers a jetted tub and hair dryers. Other standard amenities include a washing machine and an ironing board.
