This cozy townhouse retreat, conveniently located in town and near the river, is the perfect spot for your vacation. It comfortably accommodates 5 guests, offering a peaceful escape from the bustling city life you aim to escape. The townhouse features an inviting front porch, where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee during the brisk mornings, immersing yourself in the tranquility of the surroundings.
Upon entering the home, you will notice a ceiling fan, which is great during the summer as it circulates the cool air. There is also a wood-burning fireplace to keep you toasty during our snowy winter season. A large flatscreen TV is in the living room for all your streaming needs, and the property has wifi. The home has an open floor plan. The dining table seats 4 guests, and there is a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. There is a half bath on the main floor.
Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms, each offering a unique view. The master bedroom, with its king-size bed and full-size bath, is a haven of comfort. Ceiling fans and tvs in both bedrooms ensure a pleasant stay. The master bedroom also boasts a balcony, a perfect spot to take in the majestic views of the mountain. The second bedroom, with a queen-size bed, a twin bed and an attached full-sized bathroom, offers a cozy retreat.
This property is pet-friendly (dogs only). There is a BBQ grill for guests to use and a ski storage area on the back deck.. If you want to bring your OHVs, there is enough room to park one small trailer.
