Mountview is a great location within Red Deer, close enough to enjoy the transportation benefits of 32nd Street and far enough away not to hear them. This is a quiet location with a 500 foot walk to buses to take you anywhere within the city. There is a large park behind the house with a soccer field, tennis courts, basketball court, outdoor ice rink (winter), a community hall if you want to rent for a family reunion, etc. , a fantastic outdoor gym (free to use), and a playground for the kids.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
It was a very very nice house. Owner was great getting us a bbq. Parks are right out the back door. I checked in early. My only complaint was that they also rent out a basement suite that I wasn’t aware of. Separate entrances and back yard. It is designed really well but you can hear people downstairs and we did have someone try and check in very late one evening. Overall it was perfect and I would recommend.
