Brief Stay

Brief, one night stay. Staff were all polite and overall the stay was good. Very quiet, although the hotel did not appear to be busy. Buffet breakfast was very good; selection of food was good, however the use of wooden utensils is not appreciated. Go back to proper cutlery.

It is quite strange not having a window to outside but instead looking into the pool and hallway. I constantly had people knocking on my window and my kids kept opening the curtain and crying because they saw the pool and were not able to go swimming. I would recommend this room is turned into a discounted room or give the guest a heads up that they would not get privacy or peace and quiet. When I checked in the staff were very nice however and the room was very clean

The hotel was nice and in a good location. Hot tub was broken so that was disappointing. We would have stayed somewhere else if we had known that. Otherwise, pool was fun. Staff were great and really friendly.

Stayed in the older part of the hotel; room109. Was outdated ; dirty ,worn out carpet, bathroom caulking dirty. Needs a renovation before it can come close to a 84 rating. Showed pictures to manager and she said she would ensure the housekeeping was improved but house keeping is not the problem, It needs some upgrading.
