Decepcionante e desorganizado.

De início, o atendimento na recepção foi excelente. A funcionária foi atenciosa, explicou tudo direitinho e nos acompanhou até o quarto. Porém, a estrutura deixou muito a desejar. O quarto está claramente sem manutenção: móveis antigos, paredes com mofo, ar-condicionado com o filtro extremamente sujo (tive que abrir e limpar por conta própria por causa de alergia), espelho do banheiro enferrujado e box com sujeira acumulada — possivelmente por falha na limpeza. O café da manhã é extremamente simples: variedade de pães, queijo, presunto, ovos, um bolo e café. Havia também frutas, biscoitos de pacote e cachorro-quente. No entanto, o que mais nos incomodou foi encontrar pão mofado sendo servido — algo inadmissível em qualquer estabelecimento. Ao lado do local do café, o muro está visivelmente caindo, o que traz uma sensação de abandono. A piscina estava tão suja que nem dava pra ver o fundo. O ponto mais absurdo foi descobrir que a pousada abriga uma hamburgueria aberta ao público, justamente na área onde deveriam estar os espaços de lazer dos hóspedes, como a piscina e a mesa de sinuca. Isso não é informado no anúncio e compromete totalmente a privacidade de quem está hospedado. Nos fins de semana, a situação piora: colocaram um DJ na hamburgueria na sexta e sábado, o que atraiu ainda mais pessoas de fora. O som alto foi até às 22h, mas o barulho e as conversas passaram das 1h da manhã, tornando impossível descansar. No geral, o valor cobrado não condiz com a experiência

Infelizmente encontramos o quarto sujo ao entrarmos, desde o vaso até embaixo da cama. não sabemos se havia acabado de sair um hóspede e não limparam ou se o quarto já não era utilizado a muito tempo. tivemos que dar check-out na hora e perder o dinheiro pago. com um neném de 5 meses era impossível de ficar (acredito que não seja padrão da pousada, mas nós tivemos a infelicidade de vivenciar isso).

Estadia razoável. Pessoal gente boa, café da manhã apesar de repetitivo é bom, deram upgrade na minha estadia, chuveiro ok, tem um bar na hospedagem que ao mesmo tempo é bom (voce pode ir comer/ beber sem sair) e ruim, porque teve um dia que colocaram o som bem alto e se você tiver sono leve não dorme. A cama é dura, mas gostei, agora o travesseiro é bem fininho e só 1 por pessoa, ar condicionado muito bom, geladeirinha cumpre a função só não congela em cima. O banheiro foi uma das piores partes, não tinha box e não deixaram nenhum rodo pra puxar a água, então acabava ficando cheio de água e areia, no primeiro dia também não tinha pano de chão, depois forneceram. A estadia em si é boa, são nos detalhes que acaba perdendo pontos.
