Our modern 30 m² flat comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests (including children and babies of any age), offering the ideal combination of comfort, convenience, and complete leisure.

Hours: Check-in from 3:00 PM | Check-out by 11:00 AM.

Pets: We do not accept pets of any kind or size.

Cleaning: The cleaning fee covers cleaning done before your arrival only. Extra cleaning during your stay can be arranged directly with our partner team.

Linens: We provide hotel-quality bed linens and bath towels upon arrival (1 bath towel per guest and 1 face towel per bathroom). There is no daily exchange or provision of pool/beach towels.

Initial Supplies: We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a dish sponge, and dishwashing detergent for your initial reception. The replacement of paper goods and cleaning products is the responsibility of the guest.

Voltage: Outlets are 220V.
