Muito ruim

Flat falta de manutenção e limpeza, atraso para colocar toalhas e lençóis no checkin, na recepção do condomínio várias reclamações com a Carneiros e Pernambuco Temporada, problemas recorrente. Estou fazendo essa avaliação para melhoria no processo para futuras famílias não venham sofrer na hospedagem, é um momento de laser e descanso para família e não de problemas. No condomínio toda segunda a tarde a piscina é fechada para manutenção, teria que ser a noite. Quando precisamos resolver um problema com a Carneiro e Pernambuco Temporada só por WhatsApp e demora muito, cheguei no dia do check-in com vários problemas e domorou muito para resolver. A estadia anterior no Carneiros Beach foi tudo tranquilo mas nessa em Muro Alto foi terrível a experiência.

Vamos falar sobre pontos positivos e negativos desse flat em específico : Positivo : bem localizado , tem um espaço recreativo bom, ar condicionado gelada bem direitinho com ressalva, Café da amanhã com custo benefício ótimo. Negativos: Flat com quase nada dentro , éramos 4 é apenas 3 copos, um pano de prato velho , apenas uma panela pequena disponível um dos controles do ar não pegava, faltou água nas torneiras dois dias pela parte da manhã, no banheiro não tinha nem uma saboneteira, muito barulho de cachorro latindo a noite. Pagamos um valor bem alto pra termos nos entregados tão pouco dentro do flat.
