The deluxe apartment description is misleading, The private pool was dirty, and the WiFi did not work. The property itself is amazing, very beautiful with great amenities. The management group was responsive but were unable to resolve or explain all the issues we had.

Apartamento maravilhoso, com alguns pequenos detalhes que faltou para ser caracterizado como perfeito, como um amolador de facas, um suporte para shampoo nos banheiros, uma caixa térmica mais nova com alcas e uma limpeza melhor por baixo da pia da cozinha, sofá e por baixo das camas. Mas o apto vale muito a pena e com certeza voltaremos. Já em relação a Carneiros Temporada fracassou demais na comunicação semanas antes da hospedagem, cheguei a ponto de cogitar o cancelamento da reserva pelo fato deles não responderem e qdo respondeu para tirar duvidas me passou as informações todas erradas, e para conseguir um gerente responsável foi um parto o contato. Sem dizer que nao atendem telefone, apenas contato pelo WhatsApp. Porem depois do contato com o gerente a comunicação ficou mais facil e rapida, e durante a hospedagem tbem tivemos uma comunicação efetiva. Foi otima a hospedagem e o lugar é maravilhoso. Praia perfeita para as crianças.

A área externa é incrível, linda, contudo precisa de algumas manutenções nos brinquedos das piscinas. A estrutura do apartamento alugado é muito boa, mas também teve itens que não estavam funcionando como: aparelho de ar condicionado, fogão, a geladeira. Das solicitações feitas para reparo desses itens somente fomos atendidos quanto ao reparo da geladeira. As camas não são muito confortáveis. E as solicitações de reposição de enxoval de cama e toalhas de banho, bem como serviço de limpeza do apartamento não foram atendidas.

As áreas de lazer sao ótimas!! O atendimento na recepção também. O apto que ficamos é bom, mas precisa de alguns reparos de manutenção, mas que não interferiu na nossa estadia, com exceção do fogão de indução que tem apenas 2 bocas, é na varanda e demorava bastante para fazer qualquer comida. No geral voltaria, o condomínio é muito bom e as crianças adoraram. Poder usufruir da mesma área do Samoa Resort é um diferencial.

Chegamos mais tarde que permitido para checkin e recebemos o flat ainda bagunçado e sujo do último turista. Após 3h entregaram o flat limpo. As roupas de cama e banho são muito finas e cortinas não permitiam abrir as janelas. No mais a estrutura do hotel tem boas piscinas, parquinhos e academia.
