Muito boa.

Acomodação muito boa, nova, bem conservada e confortável, recomendo. O condomínio também é muito bom. O ponto negativo é que no site não tem todas as informações como taxas, sobretaxas e regras, como taxa de toalhas e de roupa de cama, e modalidade de pagamento, pois isto tudo tem que estar bem explícito nas condições do site antes de reservar. No mais, recomendo.

Experiência ruim!

Passamos por um constrangimento lamentável logo na entrada: a recepção não havia recebido a autorização do proprietário e fomos barrados logo na entrada porque o funcionário (mal preparado) não permitiu sequer a entrada na recepção para tentarmos resolver o problema. Após 20 ou 30 min com as crianças bem tristes no carro (achando que não entraríamos) ele ligou para a recepção e autorizaram nossa entrada no estacionamento. Ainda passamos bastante tempo na recepção tentando falar com o proprietário, mas foi resolvido. Ao entrar no apartamento, demos de cara com um resto de manga e uma garrafa de suco (?). Durante o dia, tive que matar uma barata das grandes. O apartamento não tinha toalhas nem lençóis de cama e a antena da TV não estava boa. Apesar de não ser um hotel (é um condomínio), eles cobram uma taxa de rolha para bebidas e outra para alimentos consumidos na piscina. Para não falar só dos pontos negativos, piscina é muito boa.
