Infelizmente não tive uma boa estadia, a minha reserva não estava disponível e ao ligar pra o número que constava na minha reserva, o do proprietário, o mesmo informou a recepção que não estava alugando e iria tomar as providencias cabíveis. Em resumo, perdi a viagem e o feriado com a minha família. Fiquei muito decepcionado com o hoteis.com, pois deveria se certificar antes com o hotel, apartamento, pousada, investidor e etc, antes de mandar um e-mail confirmando para o cliente
