Fica num local mais reservado, porém bem perto da praia e do centrinho. Pode explorar bem a pé. Apto bem conservado, tem todos utensílios necessários para o dia a dia. O que incomoda é o odor de esgoto que retorna dos ralos banheiro e fica bem forte dentro do quarto. A cama casal poderia ser um pouco maior. O guarda roupa precisa de manutenção nas dobradiças. Tem vista para a piscina e o funcionário do prédio é muito simpático.
