The hotel had just one elevator working but stoped many times in the weekend. The service elevator was bad and don't stopped in all floors. The number 5 button was missed. In the room the bathtub and faucet drains are clogged. Bad maintenance.

My experience was Terrible. The hotel is very old, the room was dirty, the restaurant is dirty, the elevator is dirty. All is dirty.

Nice hotel near beach

Room was good and hotel was on the beach. However, not many restaurants to pick from nearby. Did not like the small variety for hotel breakfast. The pool was also odd-shaped.

Great value, not great quality

I stayed here for more than 25 nights so I got to experience everything this hotel has to offer. Over all, I have no major complaints, just a long list of minor ones. Most of them can be summed up by stating this hotel is in need of repair and remodeling. Everything is showing its age. The sinks and tubs are stained. The closet doors do not stay closed. The windows are hard to open and whistle when the wind blows if they are closed. The drains are slow and will back up. The wicker furniture is broken (one chair had an exposed nail on the arm that would poke anyone who tried to sit). One of the 3 elevators was closed the entire duration and at least one of the other two was temporarily closed daily (the elevator repair man must love this place!). During a busy weekend in which the hotel was hosting an event, there were no towels available for over 24 hours. All of the employees were friendly and courteous. I only speak English and they made every attempt to understand me and attend to my needs as best as possible. The shower was hot and powerful and the bed was clean and comfortable.

Ar condicionado não estava funcionando e o atendente só foi me informar desta alteração somente após o pagamento das diárias no chek-in. Após isso pra cancelar pagava uma taxa de 100%. Café ruim e garrafas sujas. Quarto com cheiro de mofo,chuveiro velho sem água quente, banheira velha sem condições mínima de uso,dos 3 elevadores apenas 1 funciona. Já foi hotel um dia,num local excelente,agora está tudo muito velho e mau cuidado.

Mal atendimento por parte de alguns funcionários!

Os serviços deixaram a desejar, por exemplo a noite eles não uma pessoa pra fazer bebidas ou comidas e os funcionários da cozinha desligam o telefone na cara dos hóspedes, tiram do gancho. Sem contar que a água do hotel tava suja e com cheiro de ferrugem e o quarto com cheiro de morfo.

O hotel certamente na década de 90 deveria ter sido uma grande sensação. Percebe-se que ele fora projetado num padrão de luxo para época, porém atualmente não está em perfeitas condições. De qualquer forma possui uma equipe de atendimento bem esforçada. Pelo custo benefício vale a pena. Os quartos são amplos, porém, o ar condicionado não deu conta.

Hotel muito antigo e com problemas em sua estrutura e serviços. Quarto sem toalhas ou tapetes e levaram mais de 3 horas para entregar mesmo tendo feito várias ligações à recepção. Dos e elevadores existentes apenas 1 funcionava e ainda apresentou defeito, tendo que descer 7 andares pelas escadas.

Hotel sem manutençao

Hotel velho, sem manutençao, com apenas um elevador pequeno em funcionamento, onde circulam tanto as malas, como funcionários, como os hóspedes. Serviço de recepçao com má vontade. Não pessoas para ajudar com as malas. Carro estacionado na calçada e ainda cobrado o valor de garagem coberta. roupas de cama com odor e toalhas de banho velhíssimas e em pessimas condiçoes.

Ótima localização

Hotel está um pouco velho precisando de uma boa manutenção. Reservei um quarto com cama de casal, só que ao chegar juntaram duas camas de solteiro e fizeram uma de casal, não gostei, pois não resolveram esse impasse, apesar de prometerem. No mais foi tudo bem.
