Local péssimo! NÃO ALUGUEM, é propaganda enganosa

Apartamento só enganação, proprietário dividiu em 2 apartamentos e no que eu fiquei colocaram o banheiro de serviço. Paguei a taxa de limpeza e tinha poeira em todo o lugar, teia de aranha, odor horrível. Quente, sem ventilação, todos os móveis velhos e em péssimo estado; tentei falar com a proprietária e a mesma me ignorou. Energia é calculada por um medidor que a proprietária “criou”, que não temos controle dos gastos, fora que não tem divisão dos apartamentos do consumo, ou seja, você não sabe o que consumiu. Levei meu filho que tem 1 ano e o mesmo adoeceu no momento que entrou no apartamento. Fui embora após 20 dias pq arrumei um outro local melhor e sem custos, não aguentei ficar até o final dos 32 dias. PÉSSIMO, NAO ALUGUEM NUNCA, É UMA CILADA E ENGANACAO.
